Reply --------------------------------------------------------------------------------Undersized PF, lots of energy, good role player.Justin YoungI agree, we are doing this well. We might have found a diamond, we might not, but we're not tied to anything. If he goes to JUCO and looks like he should play at Akron, he'll play there. If he shows he's a Big 12 player, we've got our foot in the door and he's likely a Cat. I think its a good move by Underwood.
I thought I read somewhere that he was an Oppenheimer recruit. No?

No?That was just me guessing, due to the Oppenheimer/Duquesne history.FAN could really be guessing, too.And we could both be right - maybe Opp made the initial contact, Underwood found him a quality Juco?
But Kansas State assistant coach Brad Underwood called Jeter recently, and Kansas State urged the 6-foot-3 guard to attend Hutchinson for a year.
This Frank Martin guy is one hell of a recruiter.
Did Jason Bennett's 5-stars make him a good basketball player?
Jeter in the same "class" as Dan Marino, Major Harris, and LaVar Arrington.
