Sutton says there are three schools that have talked to Mike Beasley and asked for their services. USC, NC State and Florida State. Is it against NCAA rules to talk to players who have signed LOI's?

I thought that it was a violation of the coaches contacted them first.  If Beasley contacted them first, then it would be alright.

I could be wrong.

It is my understanding from both the eagle article and the rivals article that the schools contacted B-Easy.

Violations but nothing will be done about it.
