I heard from a little bird that a certain great athlete is considering playing another sport to stay in shape off season. Im not revealing too much but he was injured the last half of Basketball season. He has size, quickness and a desire to win. Thanks to a new revolutionary health popcorn developed at KSU his knee is stronger. faster and better than ever. We are about to see the first person to win both a big XII championship in football and basketball. I can't say more.

What's sad is I immediately thought you were talking about David Hoskins before reading a word.
He might actually make a decent football player.
Keep Bill Walker the &@#% away from the field.
-
Hoskins was a LB in High School.
No joke.
-
We don't need to risk Hoskins getting hurt on the field. He's gonna be primed for a great senior season on the hardcourt. Besides it's been what, 3 or 4 years since Hoskins played organized football? That would be a step back or two for our LB corps, even if he is a great athlete. And as far as Bill Walker, even if the athletic department considerred it, Huggins would nix it, and even if that didn't happen I think Walker would flat out say NO.

I get jokes!!!

I heard from a very reliable and connected source that Jason Bennete will try to make the team as a WR. We will use him for goal-line passing plays, such as the fade, with his foot and a half height advantage.

This would be a wonderful idea usually.
"Just stand there and catch the ball in the endzone. You have like a 2 foot advantage on all of the cornerbacks."
But srsly. If JB can't even catch a basketball coming off a backboard like 6 inches above his head, a football thrown in his direction might cause permanent motor skills damage.

After devouring an entire family sized bucket of the top secret popcorn at the DePaul game, the mystery player is rumored to have completely recovered from a knee injury, cut .5 seconds form his forty time, and miraculuosly gained 2 full inches to his biceps. Here's to the chemical engineering department! :beerchug:

Wouldn't Billy be more suited to play wide reciever with his 45+ inch vertical?

Hoskins was a LB in High School.
No joke.
Really though, wasn't he a dual-threat qb?

That's what they said during one of the nationally televised games
