As rubbed in our face by ESPN, KSU is now the first team in the history of the 64/65 team tournament to be in a major conference with the 20/10 formula and be left out.  For years to come teams will point to their resumes, and analysts will say, "Not necessarily, look at KSU 06-07!"  Awesome.

KSU, groundbreakers in sports history since 1998!

Prediction:

Tournament expansion to come soon, cited as "K-State Rule", a la the BCS & the #3,4 ranked teams being guaranteed a spot.

It's about time the NCAA implemented a new "K-State Rule".  Over the last 10 years we haven't even been good enough to get bent over by the NCAA....I guess that's progress.

I'm going to go cry now.
