Title: Road record for bubble teams competing with KSU
Post by: WildCatzPhreak on March 04, 2007, 10:03:05 PM
Illinois 5-7
Florida St. 4-8
Missouri St. 8-5
Georgia Tech 2-8
Purdue 3-9
West Virginia 4-7
KSU 8-8

*Includes 'neutral' sites as well as road games.

Also, if the bracketology experts are right, it's possible that the Big XII will get the same amount of teams in the tourney as the MOUNTAIN WEST CONFERENCE.

Amazing.

The Mountain West really bothers me.  Is playing in that conference really tougher than the Big XII North?

Air Force is 10-6 in that league, but they're pretty much a "lock" because they beat Stanford and Texas Tech.

That doesn't hold a candle to beating Texas @ Austin(the only team to win in Austin in the last 35ish games there) and beating USC(ahead of Stanford in the Pac 10 standings.)

And yet Airforce will most certainly get picked ahead of us.

Bump.

We need more talk on how rediculous it is that it's possible the Mountain West Conference may get the same amount of bids as the Big XII.

Srsly.  Big XII north, as 'bad' as it is, > almost all of the MWC.

We didn't fare too well against the MWC.  It was early in the season.  I have had a bad feeling this entire year about those FT's Cartier missed at CSU.  We just need to take care of TT or CU.
