I have no doubt that Huggy will do well. He won't dominate the conference or even the north division but he'll do well...
I do believe Ksu only cares about wins though. Hell, Mizzou backed away from this guy. Mizzou! These people gave a standing ovation to a basketball player that beat a chick up and went to jail! Thats saying something.
The only problem I have with people right now is those convincing themselves that this man is a saint just because he is now Ksu head coach. If this guy were hired at ku or Mizzou, or anywhere else in the Big 12, you'd be eating him alive.

Every other school in the Big 12 has hired or is looking to hire someone who will win and keep a clean program. They were smart enough to know that hiring huggins means you get huggins and his baggage.
Mizzou even knew this. Mizzou could have gotten Huggins easily over Kstate but they didn't because they knew he'd hurt their image(even more).
Iowa State even hired a clean McDermott before you got Huggins.

LOL dude... Clean programs and Mizzou? I think you just finally stumbled across why they COULDNT hire Huggy and that really burns them up.

So, you're saying it's ok that Mr. Toupe allows boosters to pay Jackson and Rush, hire recruits' fathers for positions that they are unqualified for and to bring in recruits that shoplift from Wal-Mart and stab people in bar fights? And, that's just a short list of wrongdoings off the top of my head...

ku is going thru its Solich phase. Self will be forced out in the next few years having not lived up to Roy's consistency. He will then be replaced by a total butthole who will make SANCHEZ-like moves across his throat toward the refs.
