is named to Emporia State's football staff.

That is just a good piece of news. Beasley was a class act while at K-State. Not the most athletic but you never worried about off field problems and frankly I always thought he was a pretty smart QB. I think he still is the only QB to lead us to Back to Back bowl wins!

He was one of the nicest guys that we've ever had on our team.

News about another former player... Jeff Kelly is living in Manhattan now and he is doing this thing called Manhattan Sports Academy for kids. It's like 80 bucks for a set amount of practices. It looks kind of interesting. I hope it works out for him...

Maybe Beasley can teach quarterbacks how to throw a 10 yard out route directly into the stands.

Beasley ate about 450 shrimp at a birthday party I went to in high school.  He was the coolest.

With one of the most mind-bogglingly amazing tendencies to throw a pass that wasn't even close every once in a while.
Decent QB, though IMHO.

I place him top three athlete after Bishop and Roberson.

Much smarter than Bishop (then agian so is a blade of grass)

Much classier than Roberson

All around good guy
