Someone call in with some good questions. The callers are generally horrible.
-
does it air on 810?
-
It should. They don't keep very good track of those things...they were advertising his show all last Monday, even though there wasn't one that night.
I didn't hear any mention of it today.
-
not on 810, can't get the streaming audio site to work either.
:crybaby:

KMAN is incredibly worthless.
-
Wow I smell a Youtube vs. KMAN throwdown in the works.
-
Listening to this show, I think Huggs goes after a juco big man for sure now.
It's not too late to get Tyree. We just have to dump Kent.
-
He would dump Yearby before he dumped Kent.
-
He would dump Yearby before he dumped Kent.
I'm still for the idea of dumping both.
-
No way he dumps kent. Yearby might transfer, who knows.
-
"Let's keep Clent around a year"
Huggs loves Clent now.
-
Caller: "I've really enjoyed the play of our seniors. I'm really gonna miss Clent, Cartier, Harris and Hoskins"
Wow.
-
Caller:"bla bla, jason bennet oughta drive, bla bla, alley oop, bla bla, are you working on getting jb to be a part of the offense?"
Huggs:
"You scared me to death. I thought you were implying Jason oughtta dribble."
-
One of you &@#%ers needs to call in. Also, what is the station?
-
use the yahoo link.
-
I'm in a meeting. Someone ask him if there are players on the team (cough Bennett cough Colon) who still don't know the offense.
-
What should I call in about? I don't know the number, otherwise I'd directly ask him "Huggs, what's our priority recruiting wise: A big man who can score, a shooter, or the best available?"
-
Said Colon has only been playing 3 years so he's still learning alot.
Bennett was 6-10 in 7th grade* so for the last 6 years all he's had to do is stand in front of the bucket with his arms up and he's still got a lot to learn.
*holy effing shlt!
-
This is where Huggs needs that "email only" policy. Right "Wildcat Growl" fatty? :)
-
Ask him if he still thinks 20 gets us in or do we need to win out.
Are we going to fill the last scholarship?
Don't we have one open one left???
-
"The game last night was at 8, which is 9 o'clock central"
Um, Coach, we are central time.
-
"Just give me a big chair in the middle like they do in tennis and I'll make the calls. It'll save them a lot of money."
Huggs talkin about the officials. :loly:
-
crap. I missed the call in number again. Somebody have it?

lol, not as good as 770-3333
-
Good job chris.
-
:adored:
bring on the 'you sound dumb' comments. i'm proud not to have a voice after yesterdays game.
-
So anyways, I guess that answers our question. We're getting both.

I thought everyone already knew these things about Benett & Colon.

I didn't know that colon only played 3 years.

C'mon show some love for those of us who can't listen. What did you say / what did he say?
-
Nice job phreak. Red/the dude fron cincy/the dude from arkansas = painful
-
I asked him if he would rather have a big man that can score, a shooter, or the best available.
He said we're recruiting both.
-
:notworthy:

We already knew this. Orteganat is the big guy and Thornton/Evans is the scorer. Did you use "WildCatZPhreak" for your name??

my god, left manhattan in 98 and I still can't get that damn commercial outta my head.
-
Don't be so sure the Euro dude is the JC big. There's a JC dude in OK that is putting up 25/game that we are in on. I've heard 6'8ish.. and he's popular w/ the D1 coaches.

You want to hear something screw with your world, go listen to a larryville radiostation and wait for their shi ttle commercial to come on and hear it with a different phone number. Yeah, I crawled into the fetal position going down I-70 when I heard it.

What is it?

I actually remember that happening too. I think I was in topeka and was listening to a lawrence station. Just knew something wasn't right in the world.
and waks, it's Pizza Shuttle
-
"842-1212, call us now at Pizza Shuttle"
-
"842-1212, call us now at Pizza Shuttle"
I feel like a hole was just torn in the universe :frown:

is anyone else old enough to remember when the jingle magically changed from "fast and free delivery" to "fast friendly delivery"?
-
No way he dumps kent. Yearby might transfer, who knows.
I'm with cire on this one. Huggs won't push Kent out the door, just because by all accounts he loves Kent's practice habits & work ethic. Yearby on the other hand is a wasted schollie. Yearby needs to find a place where he can play--NAIA, Rec ball...

 One of my classes & I were talking about marketing & advertising & I told them after being graduated for nearly 12 years I still know the phone number for Pizza Shuttle by heart. They didn't believe me, so they looked it up. They were like...'Damn!' After I recited the annoying radio spot for 10 seconds they were begging for mercy
-
i can't remember a single professor's name, or any of my apartment addresses, or even my manhattan phone number, but I know that whole damn commercial by heart.
-

Sure do, that was a sad day in Manhattan.
-
Cat Doctor, you're close enough to walk to pizza shuttle! Call us now, we are pizza shuttle!
In honor of the Lenten season, a cheezy shuttle pizza may be just the ticket for fasting and self denial! :loly:
-
Cat Doctor, i want to see a bigger photo of your avatar.

i waited for a long time trying to get a bc from rescue groups. never had any luck. both of mine i had to buy.
-
I actually got him from the Russell T Reitz animal shelter here in Manhattan. He was about 9 months old when I got him and weighed 36 lbs. He is a big border, now he is a healthy (not fat) 55 lbs. He also was the ring bearer in my wedding. I still can't believe I got the Priest to go for that.

heh. i might have to try and copy that.
my first was a big dog - right around 55 too, my current is more like 40. a little more convenient in some ways.
