Title: Honest question from a ku fan
Post by: krisell on February 16, 2007, 10:52:17 AM
Hey everybody ~ I've been reading this board from time to time and am well aware of your hatred for anything ku . . . just know I'm not trying to start an argument or anything, but I am very curious about one thing:
I've noticed on this board especially that you guys talk a lot about B Rush being a deadbeat dad.  The only evidence I've found corroborating this report is a court docket about paternity testing, not delinquent child support payments.  I was just wondering if you guys have something more concrete or if it's just a rumor?

chances are...if you dont know youre the daddy...youre a deadbeat.

if i were naming my band again..we'd be the deadbeat dads.
our CD name would be deadbeat dads
our first single would be called deadbeat dad
it would be produced by Brandon L. Rush

Spoke with Tyree today. He was in Lawrence over the weekend. He is buddies with Brandon Rush. Want to know if Tyree is being recruited by ku? Well, it's news to Tyree. He said  Rush was the first to mention something to him about it this weekend, which means, yes, Brandon Rush visits message boards. As for K-State, the assistants are still contact, but so is Maryland. He's worried about Smithson telling too many schools (and athletic directors - and you know who I'm talking about) he's not coachable. Anyway, plenty of schools are still interested. Plenty.

Hope this helps. Story coming next week...

krisell = Brandon L. Rush.

Welcome, Brandon L.!

Being a former social worker, more than likely, she's requested child support and he claimed he was not the father or wanted to be sure so thus...the paternity testing.  That kid is close to 2 years old if I remember correctly, has Rush's last name(which I know doesn't mean much). So basically, he probably hasn't been paying child support since the kids' birth thus...deadbeat dad...also, if he had questions about paternity, you hope he'd would've been smart enough to question it right after the kid was born.

One more thing and then I'll leave you guys alone . . .

If I were a female who had dated someone who has the potential to be making millions of dollars within the next few years I would want to jump on the paternity bandwagon too!  That court docket does not prove a number of things, namely that Brandon Rush really is the father.

Hey there.  First of all, thank for stopping by.  And, very good question.  I've took this post and did some research, conducted several interviews, and looked into a few things.  The conclusion that has been reached is that you should go f&$k yourself, you ku f@ggot.

ku tied for 88th and in the top 40 for public universities.

K-State tied for 124th and dead last in the top 100.

Oh, and one more thing.  I'm sick and tired of all your ugly ass undergrad students coming to OUR law school, or medical school, and wearing purple around campus like they forgot that they left that dump you call Manhattan.  K-State undergrads don't belong at ku.  Washburn, maybe, but not ku.

Listen, poster of ridiculous moniker, you have no leg to stand on. Call your buddy Goldie and have a chat with him about this. Secondly, if your assertion is that we send "our ugly ass undergrad students to OUR law school*" (horribly weak smack noted), maybe you might want to visit half the residence halls you have over there. There is no sense in arguing with an idiot who thinks that those fat asses down at K-State even compare to ku.  Hell, Playboy couldn't even find 2 girls at K-State who were even remotely attractive.  ku had a total of 9 girls in their Girls of the Big 12 edition.   Go to one of your hole in the wall bars down there in Manhattan, find me one girl who didn't put on a freshman 15, and has all of her teeth, and then we can talk.

ku has 10 times the amount of tail as K-State, and that's not even debatable.

Looky ma! The local Topeka* trash wants his "objective" opinion to be taken seriously. So, what you're telling me is that in your travels to such babe havens as Remington's , Blind Tiger and Skinny's (holy crap you can't make up irony like the last two) you want YOUR opinion to resonate more than a drunken trip to the peeler joint on I-70? Slow down there, pal.
Furthermore, you graduated in.......04? That barely makes you 21! So that would likely qualify your entrance into Manhattan Soldier hangouts such as Silverado's and Longhorns.
You lose again.

You can't be this bad. Your opinion shouldn't be taken too seriously based A. on which bars in Manhattan you could consistenly gain access to and B. the quality of "tail" you encounter in your home city. Don't get too sensitive because you weren't smart enough to troll here and not post your age and city of origin considering it can be used against you.
Also, if you think

Well, your points are worthless, because:

1.  I was born in Lawrence.

2.  I live in Lawrence and attend ku.

3.  I have almost a dozen guys in my fraternity that are from Manhattan, and they all have stories that support my argument.

4.  You are the one getting personal.  I didn't choose to move to Topeka when I was 3 years old.  If you want to call me "Topeka Trash," etc, then that's your choice.  I loved where I grew up, and I'm sure you loved growing up in Manhattan.  I just prefer Lawrence and the University of Kansas.  My whole family went here.

5.  Hopefully, for the last time: I do not drive a BMW.  BMW are my initials, and I've had this usename since I was in middle school.  I'm not going to change it at this point.  I actually drive an Infiniti QX4, since you guys seem so interested in my personal life.

I was just wondering if you guys have something more concrete or if it's just a rumor?
you ku f@ggot.
not necessary.
Bite me.  I'll talk to squawk scum any way I want to.  If you don't like it, don't read it.  In case you didn't know it, ku is on our radar screen.  We play them Monday night.  It'd be nice if we tied ku and that truck stop school in columbia and tossed them in the Kansas river.  I hate them both.

well played sir.  well played.

can mj change his handle to that?

remmingtons was a HUGE, size and qualitative discription, hick bar.   It was in Topeka a few years ago till it closed because the cowboys of topeka discovered the "electric cowboy" and other rat infested dives.

ku has 10 times the amount of tail as K-State, and that's not even debatable.

Is that measured by weight, volume, or both?

Why do you &@#%ing idiots attack someone's personal life because of what they post on a message board?  its a &@#%ing message board!  you say we are classless, yet you call him trash because he is from topeka.  You dumbasses actually take most of our crap literally and then try to degrade us and make us feel bad about ourselves, like you really know anything about our personal lives.  you try to predict what kind of person bmw is by how he posts on a message board!! you have no idea what kind of person he is.   you people really need to stop taking entertainment purpose message board so literally.  i would think that you guys are smart enough to realize that we, everyone comes on here to just have a little harmless fun.

You're obviously the one that is getting upset and is taking the message board seriously there bud.

How is us making fun of Topeka any different than him making fun of Manhattan?

Coolhawks, just quit embarrassing yourself man. Why don't you go back to the Phog, it's obvious that your feelings are getting hurt and we wouldn't want you to get scarred over just a meaningless message board.

Thats because you go to a subpar school. With a degree thats not even worthy of cleaning the anuses of KSU grads. Those that have gone to the state's flagship school don't need to jersey chase.

http://www.usnews.com/usnews/edu/college/rankings/brief/t1natudoc_brief.php (http://www.usnews.com/usnews/edu/college/rankings/brief/t1natudoc_brief.php)

ku tied for 88th and in the top 40 for public universities.

Washburn law >>> ku law

ku med = POS
How come nobody ever responded to this?

I've seen some meltdowns in my day, but if you had to rate this one on a weight scale of Nicole Richie to Jabba the Hut, this one's a Mark Mangino (Dennis Miller eat your heart out).
First off, sped wonder, I think you might want to refrain from sticking up for your buddy BMW. He has his own pair of panties hence he doesn't need your diapers. You'll need them later when you've messed yourself over something waks or I have said.  I'd think in this situation he's looking to distance himself from you much in the way Paul Reiser distances himself from comedy.
Secondly....personal attacks? Who's the one making it personal? Perhaps you've spent too much time on the phog, where you can seemingly be banned for insults that couldn't bother a five year old.  As you've noticed, it's pretty tough to get banned here (impossible?). This ostensibly gives you the freedom to say whatever the hell you want! Due to such wonderfully American bylaws, we get a lot of trolls that run their mouths. Your goal when coming here was to try to get to us. Pure and simple, don't kid yourself. What your point is, albeit inane and juvenile, is that we're making it personal. Last time I checked, calling someone an idiot is a personal attack. Lame and boorish? Yes. But still a personal attack. You and BMW are both guilty of using that term! Hence, you've opened up Pandora's Box on yourself. The problem is, your words and message are so weak that nobody here gives a @#%$! You weakly attempt to dish it but can't take it. If you want to mix it up with likeminded simpletons, head over to a rivals board. You can wacka wacka yourself up over there by surely persistently rattling off numerous boring statistics and someone will come back with the usual "i know you are but what am I?" The only problem is, you'll probably take offense to that too. It's a personal attack.
I'm going to level with you, stoolhawk, you're the one choosing to take things personally. That's right, it's a choice. You can suck it up and grow a pair or tuck your tail between your legs and run back to a ku board.
By the way, I can tell what kind of person BMW is from a message board. I can tell he's not half the vagina you are.
So there it is. If you choose to return to the board after I'm finished peeling what's left of you from the bottom of my shoe, do so. Just stop the whining.

...sigh.  You are overly sensitive.  You are often plagued by feelings of insecurity.  You have an inadequate sense of humor about yourself, tend to take things personally and are too easily offended.  You are under 30 years old.  You have a fairly good education, but no advanced degrees.  Your primary focus of study has been something other than English, languages, journalism or any other discipline requiring strong verbal skills.  You have an average IQ.  Your keyboard lacks a shift key.

A journalism student knows what constitutes "proof."  I would not expect a journalism student to say "point proven" in the same post as "no way to prove it."  Journalism students can be expected to insert an apostrophe in the contraction for "that is."
