I guess they don't understand that Frost was a Graduate Assistant.  It's not uncommon at all for GA's to leave the school where they were a GA at, and find a full time coaching job elsewhere.

Damn . . . Cornhole State fans are dumb.

But what do you expect from products of a state that has 400 ton manure fires.
