They will be 4 stars after JUCO.

Rebuilding the bridges to the Juco ranks.

Excellent work by the staff.

And just think, KSU won't have to figure away around it's own and the NCAA's penalties about recruiting Juco kids either.

so wait... Is Hogan a juco placement or not?

I think Harris = Panter star-wise.  He will be 4 stars out of juco.  His measurables are sick.
