i use image-ready..

i i were to use flash, that'd be easier, but i have to do a lot more with image ready. im at work now..ill take a peek.

Chupa, do you use something from Adobe (ImageReady?) to make those or something completely different that you can only use on "cool" Macs? :)

yeah, image ready. if i want to make it look really nice, i take my time in photoshop and then just drop it in image ready.

yes...all the ones here, i cut...average of 36 times. its a pain. i like to do things the old school pain in the ass way.

if i dont have direct access, i will take cuts from snapshots...and piece them together.

BUT, you can straight up drop an MPG into image ready...and limit the frames depending on how tight you want it.

Fan there are freeware format converters out there that you can pick up to change it to a Imageready suitable file.
