The Tomlin hire here in Pittsburgh, kinda baffles me.  I think it basically came down to money, they didn't want to pay the other guys.  Plus, they basically told the guy he had to keep the old staff, which are all older guys, who have been there a while.  You gonna tell me they are gonna listen to this 34 yr old, 1st year coach?  Doubt it.

Plus, Pittsburgh is kinda a racist city, not blatanly, but as soon as this guy loses a couple of games, hes no longer "that head coach" but rather that "dumb n*****r coach."

should be interesting to watch
