I'm not happy with how we played yesterday but come on, you guys knew that this is what we had. The end of the world is not near, the fact is that Rutgers was completely out of this teams league.

We should all be ok with the fact that Rutgers* is completely out of our team's league.

But not as happy as we should be with our bleak looking future.

Not that different from us in 1998 except for the fact that we came out and laid an egg against Purdue and Rutgers came with an attitude.
There's something wrong with K-State football I'm just not exactly sure what it is.

extremely disappointed in the effort/execution after a month of practice.

There is no argument that you can make claiming our defense will be improved next year.

Agreed. We need a lot of help from the Juco transfers RIGHT NOW if we're going to compete next year on the defensive side of the ball. As far as the offense... sh*t I don't even know what to think or say. Our O-Line has got to be one of the worst in the past 20 years at K-State.

O-line was a bit improved from last year. We ran the ball a few times this year. Playing a team like RU really magnified our weaknesses. Hopefully that can be a good thing for recruiting/2007

I never expected to win..but I did expect to compete...I didn't feel they competed. The game was boring as hell...but the stadium was sweet...needed to leave the roof open.
This team needs a TON of help...like NOW. Hopefully some of these recruits pan out.
