Title: Conference Record

Now that we've had sometime to see how our team is shaping up and how the rest of the conference is doing what do you think our conference record will be?  Here are my thoughts:

Col, Neb, ISU - these appear to be this years bottom feaders, we go 5 - 1

Remaining home games:

OU
Baylor
ku
MU
TT

We go 3 - 2 in these

Remaining road games

UT
OSU
ku
MU
ATM

We go 1 - 4 in those games

Gets us to 9 wins and a bubble team going into the Big 12 tourney.  Win 1 or two more on the road than what I'm predicting and we will be dancing in March.

That looks about right.  It would probably take a couple of wins in the Big XII tournament to get us into the NCAAs.

I think that's fairly accurate.  Optimistically, I could see a sweep of the 3 north bottom feeders or a 4-1 record vs the "other home games" as possibilities.  I could also see 0-5 in those other road games. 

I think if things would all fall into place, this team could finish as well as 11-5, and if we have more troubles than I anticipate we could be 8-8.  My preseason expecation was 10-6, I suppose right now I'd say 9-7 might be the most realistic though.

Damn those were some good predictions! :D
