What's with the footage productions guy?

The footage productions guy posted video of an insane k-state fan who works (as an intern?) for the holiday bowl. Said intern in the video sees final moments of k-state game, drunknely sheds clothing, states: "This is the best day of my life" and streaks around the neighborhood. Said intern was threatened by Holiday Bowl boss if he didn't promptly remove the video. Video down, relevance obscured.

Yes, this is teh same guy who asked Bush if he'd seen Brokeback Mountain when he came to K-State.

Yes, he's from Manhattan.
