Title: S. Lamur
Post by: Lynch on September 20, 2010, 04:26:51 PM
Keitzman believes that Lamur will be starting for the Nebraska game and should receive significant playing time this week Vs CFU.

I just don't see that happening.  The only problem with the offense is there not enough of a passing treat.  Lamur would just add to that.

But if snyder is going to have the qb running the ball like he did against isu, I'd rather have lamur.

What if NU has a weak pass defense then what.

I would rather see Billy Cosh at quarterback than S. Lamur. The cats have one heck of a practice squad this year.

Weak pass defense doesn't help Coffman throw the ball any better. We're still  in trouble.

Luckily they have a weak run defense. Pass defense is legit.

It looks like most games are going to be track meets. But I do appreciate seeing more trick plays on offense. Snyder must have put that into the playbook during his sabbatical. Tom Osborne had a second-quarter trick play against KSU every year. I'd like to see K-State run a flea flicker-lateral-forward-pass back to DT for a TD. Who knows? Coffman is an occasional wide-out in the wildcat.

Would love LOVE to see Coffman catch  a pass then awkwardly spin/juke in a straight line for no extra yards. This is probably one of the best WHOLE WR cores we've had wish we could get them some accurate throws that they didn't have to slide/dive/jump to get.

Keitzman also believes he's the best at sports talk radio.

As far as what I believe, Snyder is NOT holding back anything. As much as we all want to believe that he is waiting to unleash some great offensive plan against NU, it ain't gonna happen. There's not going to be some great offensive backfield with Harper, Thomas and SLamur where no one will know who is going to run it or throw it.

Thank you thank you thank you. I agree with everything you just said. For those that think Snyder is keeping somthing in his back pocket, you are sadly mistaken.

There is no way that S. Lamur sees the field this year unless Coffman and Klein are injured.  Let's face it.  Coffman is the best we have at qb right now, which really isn't saying much.

I would be willing to bet your wrong. Snyder keeps it pretty vanilla as long as he can. But when we get into Big 12 play, he opens the book more. I would expect Harper in the wildcat against Nub, unless they prove that they can't stop Daniel. If they can't stop him, we will stay pretty vanilla till Texas

Not saying, but synder can never be under estimated. Dunn started the USC game only to be relieved by El......Dunn didn't see the field again, Webb took over for daylan verses nubb, it was the Webb show the rest the season....nothing surprises me.......he's old, but believe me....the man isn't senile.  There's nothing that wouldn't please that man more than having Bo calling him names and yelling at him on the sidelines...he gets off on that kind of stuff :blahblah:

LMAO Snyder has shown everything? LOL Snyder never shows more than he feels provoked to show. His self dicipline is torturous but brillant. If you think Snder is not holding anything back? You don't know Bill Snyder. :kstatriot:
