Post by: Cole on July 08, 2010, 01:28:02 PM
maybe it's just me, but this kinda seems like our last option at a true duel threat quarterback for this class.

unless were excpecting carson coffman to come in and do amazing. he does have a decent offer list though.
Arizona State, Iowa State, K-State, Nebraska, Wyoming.

I hope they are showing Carson videos of Jason and saying don't do this.

Offensively, I expect the team to have a top-notch running game. I hope to see more running from the fullback position.

The only thing Coffman must do well is hand-off the ball. If he completes 50% of his passes with no interceptions, he could take some heat of the running game.

The thing that gets me is why nobody is saying anything about Billy Cosh. The silence is deafening.

Title: Cosh ?

I'm sure Snyder would prefer to Red-shirt Cosh if possible.  But,  given past performance of the other candidates,  it might be necessary to play Cosh later in the season.  Might take some time to adjust to the D1 game and so he is probably behind the other QBs right now.   He did amazing things in high school,  so the potential is there.
