Wrong.  UT is still here.  I think NU and CU were duped into leaving so that instability would ensue and the B12 would collapse.  It almost worked.  Only aTm hesitation saved the B12.

the big texas will only be stable once the longhorns create their own 10 teams in austin to play against and promote.

Man, you couldn't be more wrong.

Misery never was a player in this scramble to other conferences; just a wannabe. Sure, NOW Alden's excited! He's excited to be in ANY conference. He knows how close he came to cutting off his nose to spite his face.

Missouri and Texas caused this whole mess. As Osborne finally revealed, it was Texas and misery who would not commit to the future of the Big XII a couple weeks ago, so CU panicked and made a knee-jerk decision, and NU bolted. Now misery's got to conduct damage-control. They didn't get asked to the party.

I don't believe misery will ever be trusted again by the remaining members of the conference. And no one in his right mind ever did trust Tejas. The principal bad apples remain. :ksu:
