Post by: Jimmiemac on May 03, 2010, 04:14:37 PM
You won't find anything about this kid on Rivals or Scout but he is very athletic and is getting looks from schools such as tcu, Tulsa and OkieSt:

Devin McGowan 6-0/170/4.5 Waco, TX (La Vega) plays QB and CB, recruited as a DB

Del Miller is in Dallas/Fort Worth today checking out a QB from Arlington Martin and a few other. Coaches are on the move this week. :runaway:

The official offer sheet from KSU came in recently, no Tech offer right now though tcu may be close.

Haven't talked to him but he was commited, are you saying he changed (despite no offer) or is a softie?

Wha? Del Miller isn't in Texas this week--yes, he's out recruiting (a couple of big linemen), but not in Texas.

Yes on McGowan being a softie or less than that. He has made it public that he is looking for an offer closer to home and is not a firm commit, so he's pretty much not committed. (I guess some kids don't know what the word "commit" means.)

Wes Welker has been a good pro in New England.  Although he is at the end of his career Zach Thomas was a beast in his day.

We'll see if Crabtree ever lives up to the hype.

You are correct. Joe Bob is in Dallas this week. :powertard:
