Title: didn't work for us

snyder tried this and it didn't work, what makes u think it's gonna work for ku?

no names on the uni's this year just a Jayhawk logo.

I don't get stuff like that at all.  Most people who watch the game like to know who's playing.  Unless you have a program or have followed the team for awhile, it's not obvious who is who.  The names make a big difference. 

And how exactly is it supposed to motivate them?  Are they working to get their names back?  Like if you do a really good job you get to have your name NEXT year?  That out to really get the seniors going. 

I'll sure bet it really works well for getting recruits too.

Reminds of when the CU coach took the buffaloes off their helmets, and then booger allen told the jayhawks if they didn't shape up he would take the buffaloes off their helmets too!
