Mizzou is considering a live mascot. I can't believe nobody is talking about this.

Alpha Phi Omega, the service fraternity/organization once was responsible for carrying the plexiglass cage at then KSU Stadium.

A fraternity brother was also in APO and one afternoon he and I took the cage out to Sunset Zoo (must have been in Fall, 1975).  The zoo keeper opened Touchdown's regular cage and we carried the plexiglass cage in.  Touchdown actually went into the plexiglass immediately...

Somewhere along the line, this practice was stopped.

This may be too elite of a story/experience for you to be considered classless any longer.  I think I'll go remind myself how classless you really are.  :jeffy:

Actually, I hit my head on the bar across the metal cage opening (true story).  I'm pretty sure I was classless after that...

LSU is the school with the live tiger, Mizzou can't do it too.  Let them stick with some normal tiger mascot (http://www.bestmascots.com/catalog/cats-tigers-c-48_55.html) like "T Toby Tiger" in that link haha
