Top 3 with Oklahoma as one of the others. Rivals shows that OU has 29 commitments.  How many more can they take?  I thought the annual scholarships the NCAA allow was 25.  Has Stoops found some was around the limit?

OU will be taking 30 for sure, and up to 32 if it's the right 32.
