I like how he made it clear that he isn't going to change just to appease people not involved with the team and how he won't coddle the kids, but prepare them for the real world.

1. I still haven't forgiven Rome for his comments about Coach Snyder 12 years ago so you know I don't like him but you have to admit that when he's not talking about you he makes a lot of sense

2. In this league you have to get ready for the next one. Not waiting for a parade in January.

3. Our fans are appreciative of what we're doing and looking at the big picture so we don't need to rush the court

4. Our guys have grown alot since they've been here. They don't let the moment overwhelm them

5. Jake and Denis won't allow the young guys to get big heads. We can't win a big game and turn around and lose

6. It's a dream come true for me to be here. I'm excited for the people who believed in me. I'm just living the dream

7. Critics don't bother me. It's my job to do my job the right way and then they won't be critics anymore

8. We're moving in the right direction but we're not where we want to be

9. Chris M. incident was wrong :blahblah:

10. It's my job to show these kids that it's not all pats on the back once they get out into the real world

At least Jim doesn't hate on Frank like he does Snyd's (making fun of the margarin thing). He's probably too scared to.

Frank is becoming a very good interview, when he first started it was generally pretty choppy.  Good stuff
