To KSUFans Members,
My apologies for the recent outages. It has been a very difficult time in attempting to address these latest service interruptions. This last episode was due to a cascade of failures that were unanticipated which required much longer downtime in order to address them. At the same time, we decided to perform a scheduled maintenance that was due in the next few weeks that would have taken the server offline for a few hours. I believe the issues related to these past interruptions have been addressed and will continue to be monitored closely the next several days.
While I cannot guarantee 100% up time I can say that we're doing all we can to ensure any downtime is minimized. I sincerely appreciate your patience as we work to eliminate any more outages and improve your experience during your time on this site.
