Title: 30 car pileup in Franklin Co I-35

Started after a tow truck slowed to help a car that ran off a road and plowed into it.  1 reported killed.

Near Wellsville, southwest of Gardner.


3 y.o. boy killed.  Not restrained.  In a vehicle with 10 people in it bound for mexico.  Go figure.

Happened at about 7 ish this morning.   Still working on cleaning up. Only just recently got the highway open again.
