Where are they? Do they exist? I've had more bigfoot and UFO sightings in the KC metro than hot KSU females.
AMIRIGHT?

This does not bode well for grad school :-[
that's right ladies, he's single AND available!

You decided on KSU?
-
Sorry to break it to ya, but below the top 1% of chicks that go/went to KSU, it's pretty bleak in hotness. So basically, if you're not an amazingly attractive guy, or if you don't have a really good game, do not look within the KSU student body/fan base if you want to score a hot chick. hth.

phx airport?

Obviously, all guys that marry/date a KSU-chick think their chick is hot. Unfortunately, 99% of those guys are just wrong. It's good to be a one-percenter.
-
spani, do you weight train? do you think its key.
-
spani, you're kind of being mean.
-
he kinda has a point.
-
he kinda has a point.
why do you still live in KC? pretty embarrassing, really.
-
Are you kidding? Of course I weight train. Get my hair cut at least once a month at a really expensive joint, and read and follow all the latest fashion tips. If you're going to go to KSU and you want to date/marry a hot chick(s) you've got to make a commitment.
Rusty, I've never said that you're not a one-percenter. Keep your head up.

spans, can you share some of those tips w/us? maybe start a thread. do you iron your cloths.
-

sorry. sheesh.
No need to apologize to me, I'm doing fine.
Why would I share tips with other KSU-clowns? The deck is stacked as it is.
-
fair enough. I will find these "tips" out myself. i bet you have double digit BF.
loser.
-
he kinda has a point.

lol.
ive lived in more cities than you want to bomb. ive settled here for now, but will move south when i get older.
thanks for getting his back tho. tru friend.
-
Any tips?
-
move every 3 years.
-

loser.
Don't get mad at me. I'm just speaking the truth. By the way, 1% of the KSU female student population is about 100. Don't think of it as a 99 to 1 shot, think of it as having 100 opportunities.
-
noxema?
-
noxema?
It all begins with non-white socks...that's step number 1.
-
Any tips?
your old man still work at ksu?
-
If you go/went to KSU and you have to use noxema, you'll just have to resign to having only ugly chicks. I'll admit it's mostly just something you either have or you don't, and you can only affect the margins, but when you have such a narrow window, the margins become the deciding factor.
Some of us are lucky enough to have it. Fortunately, 99% of guys that went/go to KSU don't have it, so it actually works out nice for everyone.
-
dive into proctiv?
-
spani, do you live in KC?
dive into proctiv?
speaking of this, mrs. michcat knows a girl in a proactiv commercial that went to KSU.
-
dive into proctiv?
one of these days youll be able to buy your own plane tickets.
you shouldnt be afraid to move. tho very awkward, you'll be okay.
-
I don't know that much about you fff, but my best advice would be to approach it in a different way. Start over and try a place like Texas Tech or something. If you have good grades and high SAT, try Texas. Even ku or Mizzou would help your odds quite a bit.
No, I don't live in KC. KC is a joke, as is the rest of Kansas and Missouri.
-
free or machine? supplements?
-
IMO . . . for the size of city that it is, there's not all that many good looking women in KC. Now, I am not saying there isn't some hotties and a fairly nice population of MILF's, but relatively speaking, for nearly 2 million people . . . meh.
-

WHERE DO YOU LIVE?

hurry up spani. he needs to make fun of you.

spani is a professional. i hope he gets what he wants. allah knows he's worked for it.

doubtful. I will more likely get insanely jealous. spani is not some dude whose ultimate goal is to live in the "south".

prob already lives in the south.
i would be too if i had to live in a state i didnt want to because i got 'transferred'.
the south is a great place. even you would feel smarter walking down the aisle of a bi-lo.
-

Pretty much already have it. Who's allah?
-
remember that stanford guy that registered who and made fun of us because the best place we can live is dallas? ouchies. :-[

Ok, so basically my dream of finding a super hot really cool EMAW babe to roll to games with me, cheer on the Cats with me, and touch my naughty parts is over?

FYP, and sorry to disappoint (not actually from Plano or the metro-plex area, though). I tried to come up with a lie about an awesome place to live, but I don't know much about awesome places to live (other than knowing that KC sucks). What would have been a place that would make you jealous?
-
Grand Haven, bro. really.

It's the fact that you don't know that ruins it for me, ya know?

True - if he lived in Austin, though (and had any taste whatsoever), he would have said "Is Austin in the south" instead of "Is Texas in the south". You know?
-
yeah.
having just replied to you with "Austin" would have been solid.
-
Obviously you guys aren't paying attention. I went to KSU and married a hot KSU chick. I dated several others and had encounters with a few more. Obviously I am into achieving nice results against long odds and a tough environment. Accordingly, it should be no surprise that I have a created a great life in Beaumont, TX.
And as far as KC goes (and the rest of KS and MO), i'm in to long odds, not impossibilities.
-
OMG. i used to live in Beaumont.
LAMAR!!!!!!

Hi guys,
Just found this thread...
Can anyone give me a breakdown of the best BBQ places in KC versus Austin, and how they stack up against each other?

sorry, your wife isn't a 1%er. Any 1%er worth her sh*t would not accept living in Beaumont, TX under any circumstances. And really, you're underachieving/lazy if you are a 1%er living in Beaumont (if you really are one). True "long odds" for beautiful people occur in competitive markets.

i once dated the boudin queen. nice little parade and festival down there.

gmafb. If you knew how to please a woman, you'd know they'll go whever you tell them to when you're a one-percenter. Not sure what the "beautiful people" competitive market is. I've already found a spouse and a job. I'm not at a point where I have to compete with anyone but myself. And btw, one-percenter's can kick some serious ass in Beaumont, and will continue to do so until you idiots start riding your bikes to work and stop using plastic.

1% women are not doormats to anyone. hth. You're probably both 5%'ers at best. Nothing to shake a stick at.

I know. probably the most dramatic rise/fall in a single thread in history
-
1% women are not doormats to anyone.
How the hell would you know?
Statement A:
Are 1% men doormats to anyone? ==> NO by definition.
Statement B:
1% women only date 1% men.
Statement C:
1% women have tremendous self-confidence because part of being a 1%er is knowing you're a 1%er.
Conclusion:
1% women are confident enough to know that if they are not equals in a relationship they can easily leave and find better, thus the man they are dating must not be a 1%er (by definition that a 1%er cannot be left [even potentially] for a better man).
We can formally assert that spani is not a 1%er since he thinks his wife is (or potentially could be [and this is the critical part]) a doormat. Therefore he also knows nothing about 1% women since only 1% men can date 1% women.
-
i can't believe i missed this great thread. the endzo has been so lame lately.
-
Statement B:
1% women only date 1% men.

1% women are confident enough to know that if they are not equals in a relationship they can easily leave and find better, thus the man they are dating must not be a 1%er (by definition that a 1%er cannot be left [even potentially] for a better man).
Statement B directly contradicts your conclusion, but nice try. Let me explain. 1% women have the wherewithall to understand the enormous benefits of having a 1% man, and accordingly, they will accept certain things in order to keep said 1% man. One of the things they will accept is a location that non-one percenter's (99-percenters) might not consider a "cool" location. The 1% woman accepts this because she knows, when she has a 1% man, life will be pretty freaking awesome regardless of location.
I guess all of this relates back to the basic principal that 99-percenters don't get: being a one-percenter is about HOW you live not WHERE you live.
I'm sure there are some one-percenter's in KC. The 2 or 3 decent employers in KC are probably able to attract a few one-percenters. Obviously, one-percenters, when living in KC, will find ways to avoid the majority of Kansas Citians who are wannabe's, pulling in 50k as a "financial planner" at Edward Jones or some such.
-

Admirable backtrack from your original thoughts (1 percenters don't backtrack, FWIW):
gmafb. If you knew how to please a woman, you'd know they'll go whever you tell them to when you're a one-percenter.
I guess all of this relates back to the basic principal that 99-percenters don't get: being a one-percenter is about HOW you live not WHERE you live.
The two go hand in hand.

Strange thread. Too bad that Sylvester Stalone-looking ku guy isn't around to pitch in his thoughts.

As a .05%er I am enjoying having a good laugh at Spani.
To call Beaumont a hell hole would not be far off.

what a treat to read. super laughs at the expense of spani. poor guy. making fun of the entire states of kansas and missouri and then admitting to living in beaumont texas. ouch.

Disappointed it took so long for the rest of fatty's socks to come in and help declare victory. Could have been a really great thread if they had all chimed in earlier.
Keep on living your mediocre lives, guys. As I told Rusty, I'll just have to be satisfied with my great job, good looks and hot wife.

I can't believe I haven't been mentioned in this thread at least once. I have "a way" with women. I have been able to successfully talk no less than 4 chicks that first slept with LSOC to later sleep with me as well. :gocho:
I'm pretty much an authority on this topic. LOL at the losers in this thread.
I'm married now, so I'm out of "the game." I do still consider myself a "mentor," however.
-
Guys, Pete lied to me. He said that after you look up your work horse wife, you're supposed to let yourself go and eat Chipotle everyday. Never heard about this % angle. Pete, you have been placed on probationary status as m mentor.

San Marcos is good if you're in your early twenties. I'll only go 50-50 on the hill country as there are some crappy places out that way too.

Just testing out the new screen name, and a question for Rusty and others who have lived in multiple locations as a non-student:
What are the major differences between living in KC (or wherever you lived before becoming "michigancat") and living in Michigan?
I've lived in several places, and I must say that my life is pretty much the same wherever I've been. I have the house I want, with the stuff I need to make me happy. I'm past the partying stage of my life, so the nightlife really doesn't have any effect on me one way or the other. Vacations are still vacations, and going from Beaumont to wherever is not that much different that going from any other place without an international airport to wherever, and IAH is only a 30 minute jaunt with multiple scheduled flights.
What am I missing? As a one percenter, I definitely want to know if it is possible to make my life better without sacrificing the things that make my life as great as it already is.

Big differences (at least between michigan in KC) is that people in this part of Michigan are generally assholes, and the entertainment and employment options are severely limited, mainly because of population. I don't think KC is significantly different from any metro w/ 2 million or so people, though.
I mean, I'm sure your house and job or rad, but a one-percenter could no doubt have a better house and job in a place like KC (or Austin, or Houston, or even Omaha), plus a lot more valuable and frequent interesting experiences if you didn't live in small town USA.

this thread reminds me a lot lof clemente scoring 40something against texas. except in this thread texas wins at the end of regulation.
