Title: Christmas shopping
Post by: catdude33 on December 14, 2009, 07:32:45 PM
Why does every store in Topeka have 10X more ku apparel than kstate?  I just want a polo for my dad.  At most stores kstate stuff comes in 4th behind ku, chiefs and jimmie johnson.  I knew this town was full of white trash, ku bandwagoning losers, I guess I just didn't know the extent of the problem.  Hey Topeka, grow up.

Will have to pick one up in mhk when in town for Ark-PB.

Plz, share your own horr. shopping expers. in Topeka or elsewhere.

ku stuff just isn't selling. That's why there's so much of it on the shelf.  KSU stuff sells out.

I remember shopping in Wichita at one of those sports apparel stores in the mall with my dad when I was in grade school.  They had shirts and hats for every sports team under the sun except K-State.  My dad got all pissed at one of the clerks and started arguing with him.  A rather embarrassing moment of my youth.

I always feel like Topeka is way more EMAW than EMAJ.

Maybe I'm wrong?

We were in Kohls the other day and there were racks and racks of ku garb, but only 1/2 of one with some really crappy Kstate stuff.  Try the Kansas store semi across from Target on 21st.
