Title: Hey Jim! Proposition for ya.
Post by: kougar24 on December 12, 2009, 06:02:29 PM
How would you like a cool $2.7 million?

"That'd be great! What for?"

Well, you'd get to coach in the Big 12...

"The Big 12, that's a great conference! ...What's the catch?"

Um...the job would be at Kansas.

"..."

Seriously though, you'd triple your salary!

"....No thanks. I'm good."

"Uh...OK...sure.  I'm still "interested."  Give me a few days (unspoken: to check with my boss and try to extend my contract / raise my salary).  LOLz.  Thanks a lot, Lewis.  I'll keep in touch.  Did I mention that my wife is from KC?  Count me as #1 for now, champ!"

Take a look at the guys who are #2 and 3 on their depth chart and the kid they have committed for 2010.  I think they'll be okay at RB in the near future.
