Title: Hard working staff!
Post by: michigancat on December 06, 2009, 04:10:48 PM
Quote
Coaches from LSU, North Carolina and Nebraska here in Pittsburg. No sign of any K-State's coaches as of yet. Take that as you will.

Quote
Probably another bad sign for KState: Jay Norvell and Josh Heupel on the Blinn sideline. From bad to worse? Hmmm....

Quote from: deleted, but I still caught it
ku, who doesn't really have a coaching staff has two representatives here. K-State? Zero.

Quote from: 2 hours later
K-State assistants Dana Dimel and Del Miller have arrived and are now standing on the Blinn sideline.

Quote
KSU's group of representatives today: Del Miller, Vic Koenning, Dana Dimel and what appears to be Dimel's preteen son.

Before you go, Dana and Del, let's review our Sawing Wood Sales Pitch.  Then, we'll have a brief seminar on honesty, integrity, and leadership so that I'm confortable you're up to speed on our latest versions of these important concepts.  If you then need to stop for a Slurpee on the way, go right ahead.  No biggie.

miller would be absolutely horrible. dimel less so. saw joe bob at the bball game last night. guess he and snyder have enough time to watch bball games but not enough time to recruit.

VK would definitely be the top 'cruiter. He at least talks about 5 stars (Jimmies, Johnnys, etc.).

After that it's prolly ... Joe Bob?  :suicideispainless:

Dana, Del, and Vic were all there the whole game and on the sidelines, but good call, rusty.

No, they showed up late.  Like, 2 hours after the NU and ku coaches.

With Rustycrappystatecat on this one. Showing up just in time for kickoff and showing up hours before the game (when other schools have) are two entirely different things.

tard, I was there the entire game, and, yes, they were there from the beginning unless all 3 of their twins were there to begin the game and then replaced them after the game when I spoke to them personally. Again, good call.

Also saw Heupel and some other OU coach (grad assistant?) and Crash Eckler.

cassidy said they weren't there at kickoff.  I'm guessing you're more likely to lie than he would be.

No.  Again, Rob Cassidy said they weren't there at kickoff, and showed up 2 hours after NU, UNC, LSU, OU, etc.  This isn't about me.

Dana and Del suck at recruiting somehow.  That's what I'm taking away from this.

This.

Crash came and spoke to me and a fellow EMAWer at the game when he saw us in our K-State purple. The guy is young, energetic, and it's no wonder kids want to come play for him. Heupel also walked right in front of me and you can tell he's the same way.

I spoke with Vic, Del, and Dana after the game and all I could come away thinking is it's an uphill battle when you're trying to out-recruit that kind of youth and the player your recruiting doesn't know anything else besides the old guys you're sending in.

this has nothing to do w/ cam.  It has everything to do w/ the lazy POS staff we have assembled.

You are such a cussing blow hard and you have know idea what you are talking about.  All of the coaches were there minus 3 well before the kick-off.  I don't care what Rob said, they were there.

Just the messenger that is staking your bullshbt claim on the words of someone else and trying to count them against those of people that were actually in attendance, unlike yourself.
