Title: Someday

Something very bad will happen to OU, and I will be very happy.

The lost to NU by 1, ku by 1, and MU by 2.

These things even out.

Fatty, its okay to be a little K-State fan homerish sometimes.

Yeah it evens out and yeah Kelvin is a heck of a coach, but 4 one point wins in a row is pretty unbelievable.

FWIW, if there is any program in the league we should attain to be b/c where there at is probably most realistic to where we want to be, its OU.  I'm mixed on Sampson, but the way they play, how they recruit, etc. are the things that most likely will work in Manhattan.

Notice how the better team usually wins the close ones?

Seriously, do a stat of records when games are decided by 5 points or less.

KSU/BU/NU etc... will make up the bottom

ku/OU/UT will make up the top.

"Wooly is just so unlucky!!!"

We don't disagree on that one.

What part of "I'm mixed on Kelvin" did you miss?  I was talking about how they play the game, how they mix JUCO and HS talent, etc.  Those are things that probably will need to happen in Manhattan to build a winner.

I've heard Kelvin speak at a coaching clinic.  He's a funny guy, I think he's a great coach, and he has those intangibles to get his kids over the top.  That said, I think he's a pretty egotistical jerk a lot of the time, and after being a founding member of a committee in college basketball that put together a code of ethics and now having the NCAA look down their nose b/c of improper recruiting (phone calls) he looks a little shady too.  However, the way he coaches and get his kids to play the game can't be questioned and is the type of style that would be embraced in Manhattan.

Getting fatty to say that, that's something.  You generally give out cheapshots at the rate we lose close.  :)
