Post by: Rick Daris on December 02, 2009, 03:23:04 PM: fantastic show huh guys? who's everybodies fav? chad is obviously the worst what w/ that stupid dog and the hair. can you believe he made his gf sign that contract? madison is kinda blah for me but flag is fantastic. love that d00d. u guys see last night where he got into the argument w/ c rogers? fantastic stuff. great tv. nice hair and snazzy dresser too, no? still don't really believe madison didn't want the hwood condo property chad got even though he usually just sticks to malibu. who knows though, huh?

here's the deal though. the hollywood listing is only fifteen minutes further from 'bu then a crappy listing that he took only a month or so ago. AND, that penthouse was 5 mil. d00d coulda pulled a cool 125,000. also, the lady told c rodg that she had a malibu agent in mind already. dunno man, seems like maybe maddy was playing it too cool for school bro. dunno.

yeah though- the whole chad, starlet, flagg fight was fantastico. did you know that flagg was arrested a year or two ago for supposedly stealing high end art from clients homes? love that guy. absolutely love him.

if i was buying then i'd go

2) m hild
3) roger dodger

would not want to drive around or spend a lot of time looking at houses w/ chad. flagg would be fun cause we'd look at a house and then go party. :pirate:
