Wasn't IT'S PATTERSON enough?

The Stanford guy who didn't really win anything until this year? Sounds like a skinny Mangino.
-
Harbaugh is married to a girl (Feuerborn family) from Belton, MO
Feuerborns are ku people
Despite this, why would any rational human trade the Stanford job for one of the worst jobs in a tougher league?
-
Man you guys are F'ing dumb.
-
Would be a fantastic hire, homerun.
-
Why would he go from Stanford to ku? He's building a decent program at Stanford, they put a beat down on USC, but throw it all way for ku? HA
-
Great opportunity for him to re-write his contract with Stanford.
-
Harbaugh would be a nightmare. The dude is gorgeous. :-[

This thing is getting ugly. The boosters are at odds with each other and Lew doesn't have unified support.

I feel like people are missing the point of the link:
"Kansas:
Sources tell us that Athletic Director Lew Perkins focus has turned to Stanford Head Coach Jim Harbaugh to replace Mangino."
I'm responsible for that. What a joke of a site. I sent him two emails from different email addresses and he took it hook, line, and sinker.

I liked the Phog poster who sent the guy a tip on who was going to fill the vacancy at a directional Illinois school. He took it, of course.
On a serious note, if I were Perkins (I'm not), I'd throw craptons of money at Gus Malzahn. I have a feeling that guy is going to blow up as a head coach somewhere. I don't think he's on Perkins's short list though. :curse:
