I agree - it's at least kind of debateable, though.

In 98. Not in 2006.

Give me the 94 staff.

I would trade Huggins for a pack of Fruit Stripes gum. That gum is delicious but the flavor only lasts for like 10 seconds. It would still be worth it though.

We can always count on Shocker to say something stupid and/or ignorant. :blahblah:

We can always count on trumanaoomoroimre to wait with baited breath for my next post. This board would suck so much balls without me around and you know it.

They don't make Fruit Stripes gum anymore. Yipes! Stripes!
-
Actually they do... You can pick some up at some store in Wichita over by the Old town Warren... The place on the east side of the court.... Has a bunch of worthless trinkets and crap.... Don't know what its called, but they have all sorts of candy from back in the day... Even big league chew and candy cigarrettes.
-
Fatty won't let '98 go.
-
Fruit Stripes and Big League Chew? This thread is turning into an orgy of awesomely delicious bubbliciousness!
-
You can get Big League Chew anywhere. I haven't seen Fruit Stripe in..forever.
We used to see who could get an entire pack of Big League chew in their mouth..and actually chew it.
-
I once did the same with an entire roll of Bubble Tape. I nearly died.

wow. that crap could fill up both lungs.
-
Now a days they make those huge gumballs that are shaped like fruit. They have a lemon shaped gumball that is damn near actual size of a real lemon.
-

wow. that @#%$ could fill up both lungs.
Yeah, I started choking on it and I thought it was all over for me right there behind that concession stand. When I spit it out it looked like a human brain (in size and texture).
The giant lemon gum intrigues me. Where can one find such gum?

Huggins potential > Snyder potential
Look at what one year of Carmelo Anthony did for Syracuse. That is our new ceiling with Huggins.
-
Yeah, I started choking on it and I thought it was all over for me right there behind that concession stand.
 :ku:

With only 10 players on the court Bill Walker/Michael Beasley is a much bigger deal than soul glo.
That was what made '98 so incredible. Building a football team into a national title contender is practically impossible for a school outside the elites (USC, ND, Miami, ND, FSU, NU, PSU, OSU, UT.....) in basketball all it takes is a couple of players and a tourney run.
The sport is MUCH more egalitarian in terms of potential for turnaround. So I agree, but Snyder's potential '98 is untradable for.
-
All this talk about never returning to national prominence is really really depressing. Maybe we just got lucky and found a gem in Prince? :hope: :frown:

Confusing question.
I can't believe people would vote that way if they really knew what your question meant.

Dude, I was eight years old.

I'd love to see this same poll in March '07 -- doubt that the results would be anywhere near the same.....
1) KSU FB team makes a '06 bowr -- breaking the "streak" left in the wake of the former coaching staff.
2) KSU MBB team finds itself in the Big XII tourney championship game AND doesn't have to win it to ensure a NCAA appearance.
The addition of TWO new coaches has brought a lot of attention to our programs...and success on the field and on the court will compliment each other, challenge each other, and drive each other for continual improvement and national recognition.
KSU, for FAR TOO LONG, has been a one-sport university -- SHARE THE WEALTH!

Ok now you're just listing schools that are good in both sports, that doesn't make them two sport schools imo.

Which ones aren't?
You could argue that UL is a basketball school, and Michigan and Wisky are football schools. Still, Wisconsin sells out bball consistently and UL sells out football consistently.
I still got more than 3. :nahnah:
