why in gods name would Vic take that job?

smaller school, smaller pay check, no prestige.

we may lose vic but i can't believe it will be to memphis. :steadymobbin':

I don't see how a move to Memphis would help him out of his alleged "too many families and homes in too many places problem"

Trust me, we can always find a way to marginalize OB's inability to retain the top guys on his staff.  "The Clemson housing market, his family, etc".  All a good start.

I always liked the one we came up for Ludwig about wanting to be closer to his mom or some BS after he jumped ship after less than a month?
