Failure to appear on speeding.    :users:

the irony that he will go to a "court" and be reprimanded for "speeding".

I think that would be more intriguing if the article didn't state that he was arrested for failure to appear on a speeding ticket.  Plus, even if he did "assault" a KSU student in Aggieville, he would be far from the first KSU student-athlete to do so.

If some dumbass frat guy thought he was bad ass enough to fight a dude Colon's size, well, he probably deserved to get his stupid face punched.

I think he was joking.

So if you don't appear for a speeding ticket they come to your house and arrest you now?  Is that normal procedure?

I went into MMC one time and tried to pay a parking ticket.  Apparantly, my form of payment wasn't accepted, and they told me that since I had a bench warrant(for the ticket), they wouldn't let me leave until I payed.  So I had to wait at the court in cuffs until my buddy came by with some cash.

They issue a warrant for you when you fail to appear and or pay.  At that point they can come to your house and pick you up if they choose.  Rather or not that normally happens I'm not sure.  Maybe in Manhattan that is normal in bigger cities it would not be normal.

I was working at Ballards one time when they game and arrested Steve Ballard for, like, 70 parking tickets.  Cuffed and stuffed him.  It was pretty hilarious.

Depends on how much time the guys/gals got on their hands. If not much else going on, then they might serve a speeding ticket arrest warrant. Probably did it because of who he was, imo.

For whatever reason Frank has always been loyal to Lou.  Plus, at this point he's basically a semester away from graduating.  If he's not a problem keep him suspended as long as necessary and let him graduate as part of the program to help the APR numbers.

Dude is a huge person.  You'd probably be cranky if they made you squeeze into some tiny little classroom.
