Title: Scapegoat of the Season?
Post by: Soft Taco Wallace on November 22, 2009, 09:33:46 PM
Who do ya got?

My personal choice is Josh Cherry. I mean, I just hate the guy. He is seriously putting up a fight to unseat Jesse Tetuan as my most despised 'cat player of all-time.

Justified or not, it's always fun to pile on LeMarc.

i'm gonna go with Gregory simply on the fact that he couldn't beat out Coffman to make an impact earlier in the season.  IMO this is why we are not going bowling this year.  Gregory starts versus LaLa and me thinks we beat them and UCLA.   :goodevil:

Yeah, "hating" and "despising" 19-20 year-old college students is oh so mature!

It's not as bad as you think when you are a 21-year old college student.

what's sad is your use of the comma.  but hey, if certain GPC'ers that come over who can't take a little sarcasm or whatever probably need to lurk a little while longer.

Who was that offensive coordinator guy who sold out OB at the beginning of the season... I hate him the most... and Ron Prince too. And Mark Mangino too.

Uhm....Ron Prince? Anybody?
#1 Ron Prince. Besides the obvious, who schedules 2 non-con road games and can't get another game scheduled thus leaving the only option to get a home game having to go with a FCS team?  Any FBS team that had an open date knew they had us over a barrel and could either demand a huge pay-out to play at BSFS or demand a home game.
#2 Wefald & Krause.  These two could be #1 but they did sack up to fire Prince (when at least one of them knew how costly that would be) and they went against conventional wisdom and hired Snyder back.

Josh fracking Cherry for sure.  If you are a D1 kicker you should not:

1. Be 12 of 20 on the year
2. Miss 5 of those 8 FG's inside of 40 yards.

I hope he rides the pine in his senior season.

Home Run scapegoat.  Failed miserably at bringing qb talent here.

Who in the FCK was left when he got here? Come on now, lets pull the head out. Hi I'm Bill Snyder - I am 70 freaking yrs old - this is Ron Prince's trainwreck of a team - wanna come and play your balls off, so the defense can lose it for you? I do agree that OBz is the goat, but for the playcalling against moo, not QB sit.

Or, hey Kstate just put a dude in the NFL, I've got a track record of producing All big 12 qb's and a Heisman runner up.

We literally have no one returning and you'd have the opportunity to start right away or redshirt and then start right away.

Got that, but I still think that our defense would scare quality QBs away. Can you imagine the frustration of making a comeback in the 4th quarter just so our defense could lose it away for you? That would fcking suck.

Dude was pretty solid the last 8 games or so.  But yeah, he totally cost us the LaLa game and thus a bowl bid.
