i don't get it.  every single time we have a 4th down, we punt the ball away.  snyder has no balls.  none.  this program blows.

Not sure exactly what my meltdown topic will be yet.  All I know at this particular point in time is that it will likely include a drunken rant that incorporates several douche bag call outs.

The entire momentum of that game shifted when [player who's been pretty good this year] turned the ball over and we missed a tackle/dropped an INT/committed a 3rd down penalty to keep Nebraska's next drive alive long enough for Tysyn Hyrtmyn to mystyme another YNT and give up a long TD*.

*will probably happy in the late 2nd/early 3rd quarter.

My backup meltdown is: "DAMMIT OUR RUN DEFENSE IS NO BETTER THAN IT WAS LAST YEAR!"

Thinking of mixing in some ku-esque tones, with a little 'the North is so bad this year I don't even want to win it."

I wish we had as much money to pay off the refs as the combined forces of Iowa State, Nebraska and Texas.  :chainsaw:

If Snyder comes out and just tries to smashmouth these guys we are fracking sunk...and yes, Snyder should immediately turn in his keys. It didn't work against Missou and it sure as hell wont work on Nebraska.

We're gonna have to spread things our a bit to create some space for Banks or Thomas to find some cuts. Nebraska will do the same damn thing. Our defense has struggled vs. spread offenses since day one. I PRAY Pelini is dumb enough not to recognize this.

Two words

JUMP PASS

I'm going to take my cue from OU boards

But seriously, IF we lose, I won't be near as disappointed as I was last night

It should be cireDebbieDowner, why are you always so down on the team?  Maybe I'm to optimisitc but this year has been better than I thought especially after our dismal start.  A win today could cap off a great year!!  Where's the EMAW? :kstatriot:

I'll most likely gourd myself on Lasagna and beer and try not to throw anything into my monitor in response to cireksu, catzacker, and dax's posts.

I'm gonna be torn between these two. Also, I may take some shots at cire for always being so negative.

This was pretty close. Hyrtmyn injures himself in an unsuccessful attempt at jumping and the next play (on 3rd down) is a deep pass to set up the last TD. Then Valentine cements his legacy as a f^ckup with that fumble to kill the season/his career.
