We will win.
It's possbile, though, we have no heart, are poorly coached and would rather the season go ahead and end. I mean Grant Gregory really wants to win this game. I'm really sure of that. Troy Butler? Maybe not.
But seriously, again, seems like the type of game that a team could decide to win and do so.
Nebraska is not scary.
Most men, at the sight of Pelini, want to hammer him in the face - that might help.
Has Nessler ever done a KSU game? Fatty?
Looking forward to Sportscenter doing an immediate recap to lead off the show.

This is college football, you know?
And sure we're Kansas State, but we're as likely to win 31-10 as we are to lose 28-3.
Mayfield may be pumping up the crowd as time expires or their fans might wave the corn, who knows...
Let's have a blast!!!!!

Isn't it possible that we lose just because we're playing on the road against a good defense - no matter how much heart, coaching, intangibles we have?
Yeah, I think that's a definite possibility. I have no doubt that we're gonna leave it all on the field tomorrow, but a lot of doubt about a W.

PoetWarrior, tell me what else intrigues you about this game.

PoetWarrior, tell me what else intrigues you about this game.
Glad you asked.
Mainly I'm wondering if this game will nostalgically feel like the 2003 game. What an incredibly vivid memory and I hope this game captures the same feeling and leaves the same impression on my life.
Is that too much to hope for? I don't think so.
If there was ever a game I'd like to see us wear our old striped uniforms, this might be it.

FOOTBALL THREAD OF THE DAY

FOOTBALL THREAD OF THE DAY
8-)
If Chris Harper was starting tomorrow at QB, we could throw all that heart and coaching garbage out the window and rely on our incredible talent gap.

We'll have the best RB on the field...and the best return man.
but I swear if we run a two TE set all day and expect to run on these guys lets just not even play this game and take our "L" without the bruises.
I wanna see three or four wide...and run DThomas up the middle.
