It's what I was saying all along . . . particularly for Snyder, he was just being paid what he was owed per his contract. 

And while the other payments were valid, they were still complete Bull$hit.  6 figure payments to Weiser and Krause's LLC . . . to Weiser for "consulting" . . . so Tim Weiser "consulted" his own athletic department.
