In what way do you have a Special Teams advantage? You have a great kick returner, but he'll never get an opportunity to do anything because kunalic is the national leader in touchbacks, and we are #1 in the Big XII in kickoff coverage. Alex Henery is one of the best if not the best Kickers in the country, your kicker has missed 3 PAT's. We've blocked several kicks this season. We average more yards on Punt returns. Please tell me how you have better Special Teams than Nebraska?
Also if our offense is garbage what does that say about yours? We average more points a game than the Cats. We have essentially equal numbers in total offense (KSU-354 ypg NU-353 ypg). You are last in the conference in passing offense. In games that Roy Helu averages .7 ypc more than Daniel Thomas. Zac Lee produces 75 yards more total offense per game than Grant Gregory. We might be bad, but what makes you think that you have an offense worthy of sh*t talking?

Actually, when you compare conference only statistics, you know the stats that compare similar/same competition, KSU scores 8 more points per game, about 70 more yards per game, is 11th in pass offense (NU is dead last), DT has .1 more ypc, and Lee has 0.1 more total offense per game than GG. In short, our offense is better than yours.

In what way do you have a Special Teams advantage?
One big reason. Maybe you have heard of him? Brandon Banks. Big XII Record Holder.
Big XII Record Holders usually give you an advantage in that category. :shy:

That is only one aspect of special teams, and Nebraska is ranked 1st in the conference in Kick Off Coverage and Touch Backs so I really doubt he'll get a chance to do much. Let's compare
Kickoff Coverage- NU
Kickoff Return- KSU
FG Percentage- NU
PAT Percentage- NU
FG Leg Strength- NU
Punting- Slight edge KSU (mostly due to the fact that Alex Henry is often coffin corner kicking)
Punt Return- NU
Blocked Kicks- NU
Blocked Punts- NU
Overall- NU-7 KSU-2, not even close
Nebraska Defense> KSU's Defense by a lot
Nebraska Special Teams> KSU Special Teams
Nebraska Offense at worst= KSU Offense

We score 8 more points per game in conference than NU does, your offense is worse than ours. It's quite simple. I have no problem admitting your d is better than ours. You're the classic example of idiotic NU fans.

Anyway you try to spin it, we have the #1 playmaker in the nation @ PR & KR. We have the advantage bitch.

That's a risky strategy....to have your kicker swing away. What if he doesn't get ahold of one completely and Banks fields it at the 5 yard line. Your so super fracked if that happens.
Just do what every other team we've played has done....kick it high and to some guy from Grand Rapids or something like that.

Perhaps we should just call this the TRASH BOWL. Held in the trash can in LINCOLN. :steadymobbin':
