81. Lawrence, Kan

We need some stabbings and some players bailing on child support, and quick!  The season starts soon!

Actually, that means Lawrence is one of the safest on the list. It was of 351 cities that turned in crime reports and lawrence was the 81 safest out of the 351. Thus, Lawrence does not follow the MCMW philsophy and Bob Huggins still kicks Self's ass. Rumor has it that Manhattan's crime rates were soooooooo bad, that we just didn't turn in our crime reports inorder to avoid people asking just how do we do it. We did not want people stealing our MCMW secrets.
