You do realize that he's continuing as a faculty member for the rest of his life, and one, if not both, of his sons are going to be employed here, too....

Definitely think Currie will do a good job, but how long until he moves on to bigger fish, I give him 5-7 years, seems too talented to stay forever

I don't know, he's getting paid $350K a year right out of the chute and he had never been THE Athletic Director, so I am willing to bet that if he does a good job that K-State, he'll set himself up for a pretty substantial level of pay. Hell, they were paying Weiser over $700k a year.
