The stuff is amazing.  If you make it into a soup you won't feel as bad about killing the whole thing in my experience.

cut it into chunks and put it in just about all soups.  started w. just soups that you do that w., but then got to thinking - why not all soups?  turns out it works in all soups.  just another little something they forget to tell you in kindergarten.

Horseradish.  Cheese.  My God that sounds wonderful.  Guess I'll be stopping by the old megamart on the way home.  Any serving suggestions?

*edit-  Feast your eyes on this delicious appearing/sounding serving idea.  Horseradish cheese puffs.  Someone's getting fat tonight!! :lick:  :fatgino:

I've only had it with bread (loaf not sliced) so I would also be open to more creative serving suggestions

Oh sweet Jesus, mac and horseradish cheese!!!!!  It's like freaking Xmas, a month and a half early!!  I may not be able to poo for several weeks after the cheese fest that's about to begin.  I wonder if I can only eat things with the horseradish cheese involved somehow for like the next month or so?  I can certainly try.

I can fully attest to it's incredible deliciousness, and I am not the best cook in the world.  Classed it up with panko breadcrumbs cause I was feeling sophisticated-like.  :lick:
