Title: The bggiest difference between KSU's offense in Week 5 and now
Post by: Kat Kid on October 28, 2006, 07:23:14 PM
Thomas Clayton is out of the picture.

That change has been the difference.

Johnson and Patton are legit threats.  Freeman is freed up by them.  The O-line isn't presented with consistent failure.

We're winning and scoring points.

The best post you've made since the "crap myself" story.

Out of the two I think that Patton is the only threat to break the really long run because he sees the field much better than Johnson but Johnson's not too freaking bad.

I think Oline is 90% of it.

I agree with "op".

The RB's were untouched on their long runs.

I'd say the competition had a lot to do with it.  ISU is just terrible and we were playing on the road against a decent football team in Baylor.  But, I do agree that Patton and Johnson are better than Clayton.
