They do that because people will steal one of there torrents & post it on another torrent site & take credit for it. Another reason is to keep people from leeching (not seeding after they have downloaded a torrent). You have to keep your ratio at 0.300 (meaning if you downloaded 1 gb you have to upload/seed at least 300mb).

Download a bit torrent client, such as uTorrent.

Register on that site.  Open .torrent file with uTorrent or other client, wait while game downloads.
