Feel much better about the north now that KSU, nubb, and to a lesser extent, CU are left standing. Historically, these are the foundation of the north, the teams that win Big XII championships. Hey ku and MU; welcome back to being basketball schools; but know your role on the gridiron.
Haverhill; I still like your coach; might be the second best in the North. But he's got to get some more bodies that can bring more than just heart.

It hasn't penetrated the entire sqwawk-nation brain yet. Over at kusports.com, there is a segment that accepts this, but there's a large number of holdouts who think it's a one-year deal and they're on the rise because they have sooooo much money (?) and such a lovely campus, or something.
One quote was, "they have to come to Memorial next year." wooooooo Memorial. I'm betting at least 30 percent of the seats will be filled with Cat fans.
