For the third time this season, Kansas State kick returner Brandon Banks has been named the Big 12 Special Teams Player of the Week after his stellar performance against Oklahoma, the conference office has announced.

If Sparkles is going to win the Heisman, shouldn't he win a conf POW award?

I still dont think that Banks is near big enough to do anything in the league.  :-[
