Title: No god, please no...

I was walking towards the union and I look up and see the d train walking next to me. I heard him talking on his phone and I thought, alright im not going to be the creeper that listens in, but then he started to talk about his shoulder, and I thought, this is need to know information.

This is pretty much what he said:

The training staff is icing his shoulder down every day and they have him doing physical therapy on it. He noted that they couldn’t do anything else for him. The person he was talking to I think was some girl whom, what it seemed (about 75% sure on this) if they could do anything else for him sounded like she was hinting at some sort of surgery. He said, “It’s a bum shoulder, there’s really not anything else they can do.”

The person he was talking to seemed to be hinting at him sitting on the sidelines Saturday, and he said multiple times, that he is playing and there was no way he was going to sit.

He stated that only “certain moves hurt him” and that he hurt it yesterday taking a sloppy hand off in practice

He stated that depending on how his shoulder felt after the treatment today, dictated on if he was going to practice.

Not sure on this one but they also may be giving him a cortisone shot in his shoulder. (may have heard him wrong here)

Great scoop. Don't worry, shoulder injuries aren't really a big deal.

I thought his shoulder was sore after the CU game.. A sloppy handoff? No way.

I think DThomas will play. He's a tough guy who wants to be out there. *

*not D. Meier

True, compared to knee or leg injuries. Still if he lands wrong, its all over. Ask Sammy Bradford(FP btw).

Hope this doesn't affect his throwing motion.

Plus, D-Train wasn't the best ball handler ever either and a bum shoulder will only hurt his chances of holding onto the rock...

Could've done without an injury to the guy that our offense runs through. :blindfold:

all this means is that instead of thomas getting 100 yards and a TD, his shoulder will hurt while he gets 100 yards and a TD
