Should we get a shot in the national title game. I say yes. This is proof why preseason polls are such BS. Even if we do win out and should be in the title game, because we started out so low in the rankings, we would be totally robbed and jobbed. THIS SUCKS, PEOPLE!!!! IT'S LIKE WE'RE CURSED OR SOMETHING!!!! AND THINK ABOUT THE GAYHAWKS!!!!

WHEN we win out, I'm cancelling our trip to Vegas (wife doesn't know that yet), Flying to PHX, and will be first thru the gates with a raging EMAW boner. That is of course, if the NCAA doesn't go all "K-State Rule" on us again. Fracking bastards.

If we win out and make it to the Big 12 championship game, in all probability, Texas will be the south division's champ. I like the way we would match up with them. If it happens, I may need to go to Las Vegas and take the points and hope for a win.

I'm a Sooner fan, and I live in reality. By OU standards we're not that good this year. OUr offense stinks.......offensive line can't run block.......WR's can't catch. But the defense is incredible.
So you lose to Louisiana-Lafayette, UCLA, and Texas Tech (all unranked), and now you're ready to go win in Norman? Seriously? Against one of the best defenses in the country? When was the last time anyone went in to Norman and won? September 2005.
I understand talking smack, but you guys really seem to be under a delusion that because you are currently on top of a very bad Big 12 North that you're ready for a BCS game. Incredible!
I do have to admit that I'm surprised KSU has been able to pull off 5 wins this year......even if they were against bad teams. But you have to admit that you are more likely to lose the rest of your games this year than you are to win the rest of them. You guys should be happy with your wins, but don't let 5 wins lead you to believe that KSU is a good team this year. Just ask those guys in Lafayette how good you are.

That said, we're going to beat the living sh*t out of OU. We're #1 in the North. OU is fourth or fifth in the South. All of the rest of the rest of the teams on our sched are worse than OU. LOL. i'll talk smack against OU only because this team has earned the right to. ou is past tense, history. the program has been going downhill since stoops signed a contract there to be the head coach.
kansas state has better facilities, better fanbase, better name recognition, better weight room, better field.

Did you actually WATCH the game Saturday and OBSERVE how poorly our offense played outside of Daniel Thomas? We really, really suck, and as a 'Cat fan I hate to say that, but it needs to be said. We are counting on our division rivals to suck even more, which is not the most honorable, much less reliable, way to win championships.
The idea of discussing a national championship on THIS board is worse than delusional or ridiculous, it's just plain STUPID. ku fans reading this have to be laughing their asses off at this level of delusion--hell, it makes them seem rational.

Everyone should realize that Sooner boy here is the one feeling the threat. Will KSU win out? Who knows. But I can tell you this, rediculous or not we're in a position right now to talk the talk. Are we overly optimistic? Perhaps but who gives a damn. We're having fun. Instead of wondering what has happened like OU or ku we're wondering what if. Frankly, I like it. We have nothing to lose an everything to gain. Snyder has taken a team lacking in talent and transformed them into a group of guys who believe and are playing very well. To bad Stoops can't take all of the tallent in the world and get them to play at the level KSU is playing. If that were the case they would be #1. As it is right now they are struggling. If they stumble KSU will have another win. At the begining of the season this game was being conceeded by almost everyone. This game will garner more attention now than what was thought early! Um, sorry, have 2 degrees from KSU and have been a fan way too long to be dissed for being realistic. Everyone on the board wants the 'Cats to beat OU, but referring to OU as a team that sucks reveals a very low FBIQ. Glad you like being an ignorant blowhard, but it is what it is. When things were not going well, I was not one of the chronic bedwetters complaining about the players or coaches, I correctly said all we had to do was to continue to improve, and so would our fortunes. I will correctly predict OU to be a very tough contest for the 'Cats to win, because they do not, as incorrectly assessed here, "suck". That doesn't make me an OU fan, but does make you quite ignorant for underestimating an opponent. I doubt our coaches or players will, which makes us all much smarter than you.

Everyone on the board wants the 'Cats to beat OU, but referring to OU as a team that sucks reveals a very low FBIQ. Glad you like being an ignorant blowhard, but it is what it is. When things were not going well, I was not one of the chronic bedwetters complaining about the players or coaches, I correctly said all we had to do was to continue to improve, and so would our fortunes. I will correctly predict OU to be a very tough contest for the 'Cats to win, because they do not, as incorrectly assessed here, "suck". Wow, almost as good as a jayhawk fan on kusports.com. Yes, stupid people refer to teams that are 25 point favorites as teams that "suck". I can't stand OU, but am not going to cry like a baby if the 'Cats lose in Norman--not confident you can say the same. Good luck with that.
